Shipping Policy: Canada Post & UPS

Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping & Handling Costs:

Free Shipping Eligibility:

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of at least $90 CAD (after discounts and before taxes) to most addresses within Canada.
  • Orders that do not meet the $90 CAD threshold will incur shipping fees.
  • VVILD determines the best standard shipping carrier for each free shipping order.
  • Estimated shipping times are 1-5 business days (99% of orders are shipped the same working day)  from the date your payment is received, varying by location, delivery service choice, public holidays, weather conditions, order volume, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:

  • $15 CAD on orders less than $90 CAD.
  • FREE for orders that exceed $90 CAD for end-users only.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and vary by product and shipping location.

Beyond Zones:

  • Beyond zones are designated by courier companies based on your postal code, typically covering remote or rural areas outside standard shipping regions.
  • An additional shipping charge will be applied for orders to beyond zones, determined at checkout based on your postal code.

Age Verification Policy:

  • VVILD complies with federal and provincial guidelines on the sale and distribution of products to underage customers.
  • Government-issued ID with a valid expiration date is required for delivery or pickup for all orders.
  • All deliveries are "signature required."
  • Orders shipped to a P.O. box address will be kept at a Canada Post office for pickup.

Shipping & Tracking:

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse and a tracking number is provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the specified carrier.
  • Tracking numbers are emailed to the account holder by end of day PST and may take up to one business day to update.
  • We do not offer refunds for late arrivals due to postal issues or delays.
  • All orders default to "Signature Required."

Lost Packages:

  • If your package does not arrive within two days past the expected delivery date, contact us at vvildonline@gmail.com with your order number.
  • We will initiate a trace with the shipping company. An order will be deemed lost after the courier investigation is completed.
  • We must wait for the investigation to conclude before sending a confirmation notice and resending or refunding the order for insurance purposes.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • Ensure you provide a valid name and complete address.
  • VVILD does not re-ship packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the post office within the allotted time frame.
